We certify the addresses in your mailing list with the US Postal Service ensuring that your pieces arrive as expected.

What Kind of List Do I Need?
We work with Excel, Access, DBF, CSV, Filemaker, and more. The chances are very good that we can work with your file as it is, but in some cases we may need you to convert it to a "comma separated value" file. Nearly every application that can handle your database can save in this most basic format. Simply "Export" or "Save As" a CSV file.

How Should My List Be Set Up?
All we need are the following fields: Business Name (optional), First Name, Last Name, Street Address, City, State, and ZIP Code.

It is very helpful if there are no extra fields like phone numbers or other comments in the file, but we can work around these fields if necessary.

Can I E-Mail My List?
Currently you can send your mailing list to dtp@datelinedigitalprinting.com. Be sure to include very specific information about yourself and the project the list pertains to.
