Docudesk's deskPDF is a nice option for generating PDF's for less money than purchasing Adobe Acrobat. We have installed it in the store and done some testing with positive results.

We do not endorse or guarantee the use of this product. We have had success using it but cannot be certain that it will generate perfect PDF's in every case.

Having said that, it is worth a test drive. There is a trial version available on their web site and the final cost for the standard version is only $20.
