How do I submit a file online?
Submitting a file online is initiated by clicking on the large red button on the right side of the screen. We recommended reading the Help! page the first time you attempt to send a file.

How can I create a PDF file?
PDF creation can be done a couple of ways. Adobe sells a program call Acrobat (not Acrobat Reader) that will allow you to create PDF's. There are a couple of other utilities, like PDF995 and ClickToConvert available that give similar functionality at a much lower cost. We do not specifically endorse these products.

A free and easy way to create PDF files for online submission is to download our print driver that will take your current document, submit it online, and convert it to PDF on the way.

What are the benefits of providing a PDF file instead of the file I already have?
Accuracy and consistency are the main benefits. Fonts and images are embeded in the PDF file and provide a much more predictable result when opened on a computer other than your own.

We charge a $10.00 non-PDF charge for working with files submitted in formats other than PDF or PostScript.

What types of media can you work with in the store?
We accept a wide variety of media including CD, DVD, 3.5" Floppy, Compact Flash, SD, Sony Memory Stick, Smart Media, and USB flash drives.

Can I get this order delivered when it's completed?
Yes! We provide free delivery in the Fairbanks area. If you are outside of the Greater Fairbanks area, please call 479-3831 to see if delivery arrangements can be made.

Can I set up a business account or make arrangements to have credit card information on file to pay for my jobs?
Yes! We offer accounts for qualified businesses and can keep credit card information on file for individuals who would like their jobs automatically charged to their card upon completion.
